Save Barcode works at Costco. This is a maintained list of stores where a static loyalty or membership barcode has been confirmed to scan from the app.

Good to know
A successful test does not override a store’s membership rules or guarantee every location has identical scanner hardware. If a scanner cannot read a phone screen, Save Barcode keeps the barcode number visible for manual entry where the store allows it.
Static barcodes are the right fit. Rotating or one-time codes, such as many payment and coffee-app codes, cannot be saved for later use.
